F&A Hub was incorporated in May 2007, after about 3 years of conceptualizing the right business for us to start with. The introduction and growth of the BPO industry in the Philippines gave birth to the idea of establishing a Non-Voice BPO Finance & Accounting back office services where all of us managing partners are into the same line of experience, finance and accounting. This is the opportunity we all have been waiting for, a company where we can share our years of experience with young breed of Filipino graduates who will lead the global growth of F&A BPO.
F&A Hub is dedicated in this transformation of our Filipino graduates, “to become business professionals”. The
F&A Hub Sourcing Process Model particularly focused on developing young breed of graduates that passes through series of interviews, tests and evaluation. We collaborate with the academe through a mutual understanding of the candidate’s educational, personal and developmental background. Then we match the candidate’s profile with industry requirements of multinational companies.

F&A Hub provides the
Training Module to complete the Sourcing Process Model, our own commitment in the development of these young professionals by up-leveling their skills and competencies. We offer an interactive way of teaching corporate governance, competencies development and Finance 101. This Training addresses one of the major concerns on corporate governance as we included courses that would adopt global best practices and benchmarks and only F&A Hub offers these for college graduates.
